Axis Bank Virtual Gift Card spend at any Indian website that accepts Prepaid Cards (Verified by Visa/ VBV enabled). Applicable for retail, groceries, electronics, travel bookings, subscriptions etc.

The card is activated with the loaded amount within 24 hours after the Bank has received clear funds from you. Once activated, the card is ready for use.

The only way to use the available the balance on the Virtual Gift Card is by making an online purchase with the card.
Every time you do this, the full amount of the purchase, including taxes and any other fees, gets deducted from the available balance.

Yes, the Virtual Gift Card can be used for making an online purchase online.

Axis Bank Virtual Gift Card cannot be used for cash withdrawals.

The Axis Bank Virtual Gift Card can be loaded with any amount starting from a minimum amount of Rs. 500 and up to a maximum of INR 10,000.

The mode of delivery for the customer’s card will be through registered email, as per the defined process.

The customer can open the PDF file by entering the designated password. The password format is provided below for reference.

Password Format : First 4 letters of your first name in UPPERCASE + your date of birth in DDMM format.

For exampler:
Name/Vinit Kumar + Date of Birth/04-01-1985 = Password/VINI0401

The Axis Bank Virtual Gift Card is a non-reloadable card. It can be loaded only once at the time of issuance.

To activate the card, cardholder needs to set 4-digit Green PIN first either via Customer
