New Gift Card : For gift card purchases made via Cheque, Demand Draft, or NEFT, the applicant must share complete payment transfer details, regardless of the payment mode. Additionally, it is mandatory to provide the following details for both the Applicant and the Beneficiary:
- Name
- Address
- Mobile Number
Duplicate Card: The applicant or beneficiary may:
- Write to prepaidcard.support@axisbank.com, or
- Visit the nearest Axis Bank branch
Please ensure to provide the original card number and confirm that the card has a balance exceeding INR 100, which is necessary for reissuance.
The TAT communicated is 24 hours to the customer. Corporate Gift Card will be loaded 24 hours after the funds and funding instruction is given by the Corporate/Client.

The only way to use the available balance on the gift card is by making a purchase with the card.
Every time you do this, the full amount of the purchase, including taxes and any other fees, gets deducted from the available balance.
In such cases please cut the card into four pieces and hand them over to the nearest Axis Bank branch.
Axis Bank provides you the facility of balance enquiry on your gift card through Internet Banking facilities. The gift card kit contains a Telebanking PIN and an Internet Banking PIN.
Log onto www.axisbank.com and select the Prepaid Card option under the Internet Banking section. The 16 digit Axis Bank Gift Card number and Internet Banking Pin should be used as Login ID and Password.

Axis Bank provides you the facility of Balance Enquiry on your Gift Card through ATM & Internet Banking facilities. The Gift Card Kit contains an Internet Banking PIN, an ATM pin and a Telebanking PIN.
For checking balance and mini-Internet Banking
- Go to the Axis Bank home page
- Select Prepaid Cards option in Internet Login tab
- Enter your Prepaid card number for login ID
- Enter the WEB PIN provided for login password
You may now check the mini statement and balance on the card along with various other service options.
The Axis Bank Gift Card is issued on the RuPay platform and can be used at more than 4,00,000 RuPay enabled merchant outlets across the country – including retail stores and online merchants.
Please note that the Axis Bank Gift Card is usable in India only.
The card is activated with the loaded amount within 24 hrs hours after the bank has received clear funds from you. Once activated, the card is ready for use.
Axis Bank Gift Cards cannot be used for cash withdrawals at ATMs.
The Axis Bank Gift Card can be loaded with any amount starting from a minimum of Rs. 500 and upto a maximum of Rs. 10,000.
The Axis Bank Gift Card is a non-reloadable card. It can be loaded only once at the time of issuance.
The card is valid for three years from the date of issue, as mentioned on the card (Valid from/Valid Thru).
Please note that the Axis Bank Gift Card is valid until the “valid thru” date shown on front of the card or until the available balance on card has been exhausted, whichever is earlier.
Axis Bank Gift cards can be swiped at any merchant outlet up to a maximum amount equivalent to the balance available on the Axis Bank Gift cards or Rs.10000/- whichever is lower.
If the applicant uses the card, he needs to sign on the reverse of the card on receipt of the card to avoid its unauthorised use. If the applicant is gifting the card to someone else, then the beneficiary of the card needs to sign on the reverse of the card on receipt of the card to avoid its unauthorised use.

Once reported, the lost card will be hot listed, and the available balance (less applicable charges will be transferred to a new card issued to you.
Yes, the gift card can be used for making purchases online. Please note that the Axis Bank Gift Card is usable in India only. When you visit any shopping website, choose the payment option as Debit Cards. Enter the Prepaid Card number, Expiry Date, & Registered E-mail address as requested. Once you submit the request you are taken to the VBV password verification page, enter the VBV password* as generated by you.
- VBV Password Generation Process:
As a first time user, you would be required to register as a VBV card user and set an online payment password for all future purposes.
Once the payment gateway takes you to “VBV Registration Page” the user would be asked to enter the ATM Pin, Expiry Date & Registered E-mail address as a first time registration process
Once registered & you set a password, your VBV registered Password can be used for all future online transactions.
The customer gets a PIN inside the welcome pack of Gift Card which he originally receives. Customer can also generate Duplicate PIN by writing to our customer care team or by calling the Customer care number provided by us. A new PIN shall be dispatched to the nearest branch.
Axis Bank Gift Card is lost or stolen Report loss of card to Axis Bank by visiting the nearest Axis Bank branch Please visit axisbank.com/support Please call us on Phone banking 022-67987700 to block your card. The lost Card will be hot listed and the available amount less charges would be repaid to the original card applicant.
