The Axis Bank Meal Card can be used at all food and non-alcoholic beverage outlets and it includes:
- Eateries and Restaurants
- Fast Food Joints
- Bakeries and Dairy Product Shops
- Grocery Shops and Supermarkets
- Meat Markets and Food Retail Outlets
- Miscellaneous Food Shops—Convenience Stores and Specialty Markets
- Sweets, Nuts and Confectionery Shops
ATM access is not provided only for Axis Bank Meal Cards. You may go online for a balance enquiry, PIN change and a mini statement.
The maximum amount that can be loaded on the card during any month shall not exceed ₹10,000, and the total amount loaded during the financial year shall not exceed ₹1,00,000.
Axis Bank Meal Cards can be swiped for up to a maximum of ₹20,000 in a day, subject to availability of balance in the card. The total amount debited from the card during any given month shall not exceed ₹1,00,000.
Axis Bank provides you the facility of balance enquiry on your Meal Card through ATM and Internet Banking facilities. The Axis Bank Meal Card Kit contains an Internet Banking PIN, an ATM PIN, and a Telebanking PIN.
To check the balance or get a mini statement:
- Go to the Axis Bank Home page
- Select Prepaid Cards option in Internet Login Tab options
- Enter your Prepaid card number for login ID
- Enter the WEB PIN provided for login password
- You may now check the mini statement and balance on the card along with various other service options.
Yes, Axis Bank Meal Cards can be used for making online payment at food and non-alcoholic beverage outlets.
The Axis Bank Meal card is a reloadable card. It can be loaded by the corporate as and when desired, subject to the maximum balance allowable limit.
Your PIN is enclosed along with the letter and the card. In case the PIN is lost or forgotten, the same can be generated on the website or at any Axis Bank ATM. Also,a new card shall be dispatched to the registered address at an additional charge of ₹100 (including GST).
Please report loss of card to Axis Bank by visiting your nearest Axis Bank branch or visit axisbank.com/support . Please call us on Phone banking 022-67987700 to block your card. The lost card will be hot listed and will be replaced with new card after deducting the required charges.
Upon expiry of the card, the purchaser must return the card to the nearest Axis Bank branch. If the card has a remaining balance of INR 100 or more, the amount will be refunded to the original purchaser in a similar instrument, after deducting applicable bank charges.
To activate the card, cardholder needs to set 4-digit PIN first either via customer portal or Axis Bank ATM.
A. Process through Customer Portal
Step 1: Visit https://prepaid-customer.axisbank.com/customerportal OR https://www.axisbank.com > Login > Cards > Prepaid Cards >
Step 2: Registration*> Enter card no/ pack ref, expiry details & mobile number > Set Username & Password > Login > Green PIN > Enter new 4 digit Pin > Enter OTP
B. Process through ATM.
Step 1: Insert prepaid card in Axis Bank ATM > Other Transactions > Set Pin > Generate OTP > Enter DOB in YYYYMMDD format and Card Expiry date > Enter registered mobile number > 4-digit OTP will come in receipt
Step 2: Insert prepaid card in Axis Bank ATM > Other Transactions > Set Pin > Set PIN Having OTP > Enter 4-digit OTP > Enter new PIN > Enter new PIN > New PIN is SET.
