How to use the Average Balance Calculator?
Our calculator enables you to calculate the Monthly Average Balance (MAB) required to be maintained in your Savings Account based on inputs provided by you.

Average balance is the simple average of the day end balances for the period mentioned. It is sum total of day end balances divided by the number of days

To avoid Non maintenance charges, you need to maintain the required average balance/TRV /Spends as applicable to the product opted by you. To know the balance/TRV/Spends requirement for various products, please refer www.axisbank.com/feesandcharges
Yes. In case of default in a month, you may reinstate the required average balance in subsequent month to avoid charges.
If product TRV is maintained instead of average balance, non-maintenance charges are not applied. To know the balance/TRV/Spends requirement for various products, please refer www.axisbank.com/feesandcharges
e.g. For Prestige Savings Account – TRV is “ Average Monthly Balance (AMB) of ₹1.5 Lakhs across Saving & Current Accounts Or Total Relationship of ₹3 Lakhs across Savings, Current Accounts, fixed Deposits (min 6 Months) and Mutual fund Investments”
Incase Average monthly balance of ₹75,000 is not maintained, you have an option to maintain TRV as state above.
Incase you find that the average balance requirement for the accounts opted by you is on higher side, you have an option to convert your account to any other Savings account of your choice subject to compliance on terms and conditions of the product opted.
