Process to enable E-commerce transactions:

The Axis Bank Smart Pay cards can be loaded for amounts varying between ₹500 to ₹1,00,000 in a day, subject to available balance in the card.
The Axis Bank Smart Pay card can be loaded for up to ₹1,00,000 per day, subject to available balance in the card.
Cardholders can check their balance through Axis Bank ATM and Customer Portal through the steps mentioned below-
The Axis Bank Smart Pay card is a reloadable card. It can be loaded by the corporate as and when desired, subject to the maximum balance allowable limit.
To activate the card, cardholder needs to set 4-digit PIN first either via customer portal or Axis Bank ATM.
A. Process through Customer Portal
STEP 1: Visit https://prepaid-customer.axisbank.com/customerportal OR https://www.axisbank.com > Login > Cards > Prepaid Cards >
STEP 2: Registration*> Enter card no/ pack ref, expiry details & mobile number > Set Username & Password > Login > Green PIN > Enter new 4 digit Pin > Enter OTP
B. Process through ATM
STEP 1: Insert prepaid card in Axis Bank ATM > Other Transactions > Set Pin > Generate OTP > Enter DOB in YYYYMMDD format and Card Expiry date > Enter registered mobile number > 4-digit OTP will come in receipt
STEP 2: Insert prepaid card in Axis Bank ATM > Other Transactions > Set Pin > Set PIN Having OTP > Enter 4-digit OTP > Enter new PIN > Enter new PIN > New PIN is SET
In case of loss or theft, report it immediately through any of the following channels:
https://www.axisbank.com > Login>Cards>Prepaid card> Username>Password> Card Lock.
In case your prepaid card expired, employer/ employee may write to prepaidcard.support@axisbank.com along with card last four digits & register mobile number against card.
Once reported, the lost card will be hot listed, and the available balance (less applicable charges) will be transferred to a new card issued to you.
Upon expiry of the card, the purchaser must return the card to the nearest Axis Bank branch. If the card has a remaining balance of INR 100 or more, the amount will be refunded to the original purchaser in a similar instrument, after deducting applicable bank charges.
The cardholder can generate a duplicate PIN through the steps mentioned below-
Customer portal-
Visit https://prepaid-customer.axisbank.com/customerportal > Register here> Enter card no/ packet reference number, expiry details & mobile number > Set Username & Password> Login> Green PIN> Enter new 4 digit Pin > Enter OTP.
Axis Bank ATM-
STEP 1: Insert prepaid card in Axis Bank ATM > Other transactions >Set Pin > Generate OTP > Enter DOB in YYYYMMDD format and Card expiry date > Enter registered mobile number > Enter 4-digit OTP received.
STEP 2: Insert prepaid card in Axis Bank ATM > Other transactions > Set Pin > Set PIN using OTP > Enter 4-digit OTP received > Enter new PIN > New PIN is set.
Visit https://prepaid-customer.axisbank.com/customerportal > Forgot Password> Username> Set New Password>Confirm Password.
To check the transactions on customer portal, visit https://www.axis.bank.in>Login>Cards>Prepaid Cards> Username> Password> Card statement.
