The Axis Bank Smart Pay card is issued on the Rupay Platform and can be used to withdraw cash or at any merchant outlets across the country.

ATM access is provided on Axis Bank Smart Pay Cards for cash withdrawal and balance enquiries.

The Axis Bank Smart Pay cards can be used for making purchases online at VBV (Verified by Visa) certified merchants’ websites.

  • Prepaid Card Usage:

    When you visit any shopping website, choose the payment option as Debit Cards

    Enter the prepaid card number, expiry date, and registered e-mail address as requested

    Once you submit the request you are taken to the VBV password verification page, enter the VBV password* as generated by you.

  • VBV Password Generation Process:

    As a first time user, you would be required to register as a VBV card user and set an online payment password for all future purposes.

    Once the payment gateway takes you to the “VBV Registration Page” the user would be asked to enter the ATM Pin, expiry date and registered e-mail address as a first time registration process.

    Once registered and you have set a password, your VBV registered password can be used for all future online transactions.

The Axis Bank Smart Pay cards can be loaded for amounts varying between ₹500 to ₹1,00,000 in a day, subject to available balance in the card.

The Axis Bank Smart Pay card can be loaded for up to INR 1,00,000 per day, subject to available balance in the card.

Axis Bank provides you the facility of Balance Enquiry on your Smart Pay Card through ATM and Internet Banking facilities. The Axis Bank Smart Pay Card Kit contains an Internet Banking PIN, an ATM PIN, and a Telebanking PIN.

To check the balance, get a mini statement or carry out Internet Banking transactions:

  • Go to the Axis Bank Home page
  • Select Prepaid Cards option in Internet Login Tab options
  • Enter your Prepaid card number for login ID
  • Enter the WEB PIN provided for login password

You may now check the mini statement and balance on the card along with various other service options.

The Axis Bank Smart Pay card is a reloadable card. It can be loaded by the corporate as and when desired, subject to the maximum balance allowable limit.

The customer gets a PIN inside the Welcome Pack of the Smart Pay Card which he originally receives.

Please report loss of card to Axis Bank by visiting your nearest Axis Bank branch or visit axisbank.com/support . Please call us on Phone banking 022-67987700 to block your card. The lost card will be hot listed and will be replaced with new card after deducting the required charges.

Axis Bank Smart Pay Card Expired:

On expiry, the card-purchaser needs to handover the card to the nearest Axis Bank branch. Any Available Amount (subject to a minimum of ₹100/- (Rupees one hundred only) or above at the time of expiry of the card shall be refunded to the cardholder who had purchased the card after deducting the Bank's charges, provided a claim for such refund is made with the Bank not later than 3 (three) months from the expiry of the card.
