Eligibility

Eligibility for Safe Deposit Locker

To secure a Safe Deposit Locker, certain eligibility requirements must be met. Eligible individuals can obtain a personal locker by presenting a completed Safe Deposit Locker application form and the necessary paperwork.
Opening a Safe Deposit Locker may necessitate specific documents at the time of application submission.
Current Axis Bank account holders can approach their nearest Axis Bank branch, where staff will assist with the process. For these account holders, no additional documentation is necessary.

Safe Deposit Locker

Locker rent is charged annually and is collected in advance. Our locker rentals vary based on locker size and branch location.
Late payment penalty @2.5% per month up to a maximum of 25% will be applicable.
Discounts, if applicable, will be offered only on maintenance of relationship value as per customer product category.
One-time Locker registration charge: ₹1000 + GST (Not applicable for Burgundy / Burgundy Private customers).
Number of free locker visits – 3 per calendar month, post which ₹100 + GST applicable per visit (Not applicable for Burgundy / Burgundy Private customers).

Robotic Safe Deposit Locker

Locker rentals vary based on locker size and branch location. For Robotic Safe Deposit Lockers, rentals are uniform across Mumbai and Delhi, while they may differ across other locations
Locker rent is charged monthly.
Penalty on non-payment of locker rent will be charged at ₹100 + GST.
Number of free locker visits - 7 per calendar month, post which ₹100 + GST applicable per visit.
Discounts, if applicable, will be offered only on maintenance of relationship value as per customer product category.
