We offer bulk cash/cheque collection services across the country at 2000+ CMS enabled branches along with door-to-door pick up facility in partnership with Pick –up agencies.

Power eColl is a solution allowing corporates to receive inward transactions to virtual accounts for domestic and foreign transactions. This facilitates automated zero reconciliation of voluminous transactions, centralized monitoring and lesser manual intervention. The solution enables through offline or API validation of transaction details and identification of remitter.
NACH Debit is a mandate based collection solution allowing corporates to pull funds at a regular frequency as confirmed by its customers from accounts in other banks to a single account with Axis Bank.
Mandate registration can be initiated via submission of physical documents/authorized scans or eNACH (API eNACH) modes-
For Physical Documentation: Duly signed NACH mandates forms must be submitted to the bank’s central Ops team for further processing.
For Scans: Images of physical NACH mandates as per NPCI’s format can be placed on Bank’s SFTP folder along with details in excel file for further processing.
API eNACH: Permits mandate initiation to be done online from merchant’s website and gets directed to end user’s bank page for user verification using Debit Card/ Net-Banking credentials. This is faster and secure mode for regular collection.
Easypay Online is an integrated multi-modal collection platform that facilitates receivables across multiple payment modes, including Netbanking, NEFT/RTGS, Cards (Visa/Master/Rupay), E-Wallets, UPI, BQR, POS, IMPS, and branches (Cash and Cheque), through a single integration.
Features:
Easypay Branch solution enables corporates to receive collections from their end beneficiaries in the form of cash, cheque and DD at 4500+ Axis Bank branches all over India. The solution facilitates hassle-free collections with features such as centralized monitoring, customized & reconciled MIS and real-time updates in ERP.
CDM solution enables corporates to receive collections in the form of cash from their end beneficiaries via Card or card-less solution.
Card: End user will insert card at any of Axis Bank’s CDM to deposit cash and the amount will be transferred to designated account as per credit arrangement.
Card-less: End user will enter login credentials into Axis Bank’s CDM deployed at client’s location to deposit cash and the amount will be transferred to designated account as per credit arrangement.
Key features:-
Cheque Truncation System is a clearing method used to process outward clearing cheques on scan basis. This arrangement is offered exclusively to Co-operative banks where Axis bank stands as a sponsor bank and ensures that Co-operative banks are able to extend clearing services to their end customers.
ATM sub membership is offered exclusively to Co-operative banks who have Axis bank as their sponsor bank and wish to extend ATM Card services to their customers. This allows Co-operative bank customers to withdraw cash from their accounts in Co-op bank using Axis Bank ATMs.
Business Correspondent (BC) for Cash Collections is offered to corporate customers, to deposit cash at locations / retailer outlets without coming to Axis Bank branches.
Under CMS arrangement, we have on-boarded BC’s who facilitate Cash Deposit services* for customers at their retailer outlets.

Axis Bank’s Collection Solutions are designed and developed to meet all the means of Collections such as cheque, cash and electronic transfer. Before you avail of any of our collection solutions, make sure to read the FAQs for collection solutions first. You can get answers to all your queries such as the charges, documentation, timelines to start the CMS, etc. below in the collection solutions FAQs.
For Collections, it is suggested to open an account with the Cash Management Banker, however it is not mandatory to open any account for pooling of Collection funds. In Payments, it is mandatory to open a current account with the Bank.

After the receipt of complete documentation it takes only 2-3 working days to begin with Cash Management Services.
