Any Axis Bank corporate client can avail cash / cheque delivery services
A beneficiary is a person assigned by the corporate/clients to collect cash
If OTP is not received by the beneficiary, she/he may contact the nearest branch to re-generate OTP.
In case a transaction gets locked, beneficiary may ask corporate/client head office to unlock transaction from corporate front end
Yes, cash can be delivered at registered address of beneficiary. Corporate has to register beneficiary address prior to cash delivery request
