The customer logs into the respective NTRP portal to initiate, generate, and complete the payment of the challan through Axis Bank.

The payment is securely processed, and the transaction details are updated in real time on NTRP portal for customer reference.

Upon successful completion, the customer receives an instant acknowledgment or receipt for their payment via e-mail or SMS.
