You do not need to visit your branch if you are already our customer*, just visit www.axisbank.com/mydesign and can have an image of your choice on your Debit Card from the comfort of your home or office.
*You would be charged Re. 1 only, as online application charge, in addition to the issuing fee for your Debit Card.

Access to complimentary domestic airport lounge will be based on a minimum eligible spend of ₹5,000 in the previous 3 calendar months. Note:
Goods and Services Tax is applicable on all the above fees.
Domestic cash withdrawal and balance enquiry on other Bank's ATM waived upto first 5 transactions on CABGY, CAC50 and CACH1 schemes.
A cross-currency mark-up of 3.5% will be levied in case of all international cash withdrawal and purchase transactions.
Annual fees will be charged to the customers whose cards get closed before the end of the card year on a pro-rata basis.
