Higher Transaction Limits

Important: Please note that while using your debit card at merchant establishments or at any non-Axis Bank ATM (especially abroad) you can only access your primary accounts linked to the card.

Additional Safety and Insurance

Get Complimentary insurance protection with your Axis Bank business Platinum Debit card.

• Personal Accident Insurance – In the event of loss of life of card holder, due to any event defined as accident by the IRDA, nominee of the card holders will be entitled for compensation of ₹5 lakh. It’s a Death only cover where natural deaths or death due to any disease is outside the purview of the benefit.
• Purchase Protection Cover – Loss of any consumer durable goods purchases through Business Supreme Debit card, will covered for 30 days from the date of purchases, against losses arising from Fire & Burglary from your residential premises, up-to ₹50,000. Any hand held devices will be excluded from this benefits.
• Air Accident cover–In the event of Death due to crash of a Commercial Airplane, nominee of the cardholder will be entitled for a compensation of ₹1 Cr.

Please note – To be eligible for complimentary insurance cover, there should be at least one POS/Ecom transaction in last 30 days from date of loss.

Free Domestic Axis Bank ATM usage

Enjoy complimentary access to airport lounges within India with your Axis Bank Business Platinum Debit Card. Access to complimentary domestic airport lounge will be based on a minimum eligible spend of ₹10,000 in the previous 3 calendar months. In case of an emergency, block your Debit Card instantly

In case your debit card is lost/stolen or you suspect misuse of the same, you can immediately block your card by following any of the following steps:

• SMS 'BLOCKCARD' and send it to 5676782 (NRI customers to send the message to +919717000002).
• Call on our Emergency Helpline Number +91-22-67987700 or our Customer Care Number 1860-419-5555/1860-500-5555 and our Customer Service Executives will assist you.
• Login to your Internet Banking account and select 'Block Card' option in the Debit Cards section.

The SMS alerts facility sends instant alerts each time the debit card is used to withdraw cash. Get other important information via SMS such as:
