For all online transactions, you require an OTP/VbV password. By using this solution, the requirement of OTP/VbV password – for transactions upto Rs. 2000 – has been waived off by RBI. No, you can register with any one of your Axis Bank Visa/Master Credit/Debit Cards or Internet Banking. The remaining cards mapped to your customer ID will get linked to your Masterpass account automatically.
You need to create a new user ID and password for Axis Bank Masterpass. The User ID can be alphanumeric and it can be your name / registered email id / registered mobile number. Password should be a six digit numeric code. Just use your Axis bank Internet Banking/Card credentials to authenticate and register your Cards/account with Axis Bank Masterpass.
