In case of an emergency, block your Debit Card instantly
In case your debit card is lost/ stolen or you suspect misuse of the same, you can immediately block your card by following any of the following steps-
- * Call our Helpline Number 1800 209 5577/1800 103 5577/1860-419-5555/1860-500-5555; our Customer Service Executives will assist you.
- * Login to your Axis Bank Mobile App and select ‘Block and Replace’ option in the Debit Cards section.
- * Login to you Axis Bank Internet Banking and select 'Block and Replace' option in the Debit Cards section
Check your eligibility for RuPay Platinum Debit Card
- RuPay Platinum Debit Card is currently not issued on new account opening. It is only issued upon expiry of old RuPay Platinum Debit Card. Please Visit your nearest Axis Bank Branch. To know more about Savings Account, please click here
- Please note that Easy Access Savings Account customers (SBEZY Scheme/Category Code) will be issued Secure Plus Debit Card on expiry of their old debit card. For details related to Secure Plus Debit Card, please visit Secure Plus Debit Card webpage.
Fees & Charges
Fees and charges for RuPay Platinum Debit Card are applicable to all Axis Bank account holders. RuPay platinum debit card fees are levied on additional cards, issuance, loss of card, replacement of card.

Note:
- A cross-currency mark-up of 3.5% will be levied on all international cash withdrawal and purchase transactions

- ATM usage charges for both financial & non finacial transactions are applicable beyond the set free limit.
Important information: With effect from 1st August 2016, the replacement charges for the Debit Card linked to your Savings Account have been revised. Please review the applicable charges under the 'Fees and Charges' section.
