    The payment option of Internet Banking will be available on the payment page along with UPI, Cards, etc. Choose the Internet Banking option and select Axis Bank among the options to proceed.

    Yes. You should be an Axis Bank account holder with registered Internet Banking services to pay via Internet Banking mode.

    • You can use Internet Banking by logging in through Customer ID + Internet Banking Password
    • Axis Bank Internet Banking does not have any cap on transaction amount, making it a seamless and reliable mode of payment while doing large value transactions. By default, the transaction limit is set to INR 5,00,000. You can change this limit to suit your needs via Axis Bank Internet banking.
    • If you make any of the changes listed below, a 24-hour cooling period will apply. During this time, the transaction limit will be ₹30,000 for all customers, except Burgundy customers, who will have a transaction limit of ₹50,000.

    You can change the transaction limit via Axis Bank Internet Banking.

    Please follow these steps:

    • Login to Internet Banking : https://www.axis.bank.in/bank-smart/internet-banking
    • Go to Services > My Profile > Limit Management
    • Click on ‘Set New Limit’
    • Enter the new amount limit and click ‘Next’
    • Confirm the new limit via the NETSECURE code (you will receive this on you registered mobile number)
    • New limit amount has been set successfully

    Please note, if cooling period is applicable for you daily transaction limit will be reduced. Refer to FAQ No.5 for details.

    If the merchant accepts payment via Axis Bank Internet Banking, you’ll find the Axis Bank option when you choose Internet Banking on the payment portal.

    If you have insufficient funds in your account, your transaction will be rejected.

    In rare cases when you don’t receive the OTP on your registered mobile number, we request you to cancel and retry the payment. If you still don’t get the OTP after repeated attempts, please call Axis Bank Phone Banking or visit the nearest Axis Bank branch to make sure the mobile number is correctly updated.

    NBBL’s Banking Connect is a centralized platform that enables customers to make merchant payments via Net Banking or Mobile Banking across multiple banks without needing separate integrations. It offers interoperability, standardized settlements, and mobile-first payment journeys.

    Currently, each bank integrates individually with multiple Payment Aggregators (PAs), creating complexity. Banking Connect introduces a single integration point for banks and PAs, reducing effort and enabling faster onboarding and standardized processes

    Retail customers can pay via:

    • Mobile Banking App (Intent Flow) : Direct redirection to bank application
    • QR Code Flow : Scan QR on merchant page using bank application
    • Web Redirection Flow : Continue with existing Net Banking journey via bank website.

    There is no new application is required.
    You can use your existing Axis Bank Mobile Banking app or Net Banking credentials.Please ensure your Axis Mobile App "Open" is updated for smooth transactions.

    There is no platform-level limit for NBBL transactions. However, Axis Bank applies default daily limits of ₹5 lakhs, which can be modified by the customer through their bank application settings.

    Merchants integrated with NBBL will display options such as the following at checkout :

    • Pay via Mobile Banking App
    • Scan & Pay (Net Banking)
    • Pay via Bank Website

    Yes. Banking Connect is designed for high-value transactions and corporate payments, making it suitable for taxes, tenders, and other large-value P2M transfers.

    Your payments are completely secure. Axis Bank uses two factor authentication (2FA) : your registered device and your login credentials like MPIN, biometrics, and OTP. Every transaction is encrypted, and advanced fraud monitoring systems keep you comletely safe. Also, all transactions are monitored by Axis Bank and NPCI as well.

    In case a transaction fails due to technical issues or timeout, your account will not be debited.
    If debited, Axis Bank will reverse the amount as per the standard TAT as defined by the RBI.

    Yes. You can raise a complaint via Axis Bank’s customer care channels or your nearest branch. The bank will initiate a chargeback process through the dispute management system.

    Dispute resolution follows defined timelines:
    Chargeback response: 4 days
    Pre-arbitration: 3 days
    Arbitration: 15 days
    Refunds are processed immediately after acceptance and credited to your original account.

    Yes. The final transaction status is confirmed and displayed on your Axis Bank app or website before redirecting you back to the merchant.
    You will also receive a debit alert SMS on your registered mobile number confiming the successful transaction.

    There are no extra charges for retail customers transacting through the Banking Connect Solution. The standard Net Banking charges (if any) by Axis Bank to apply.

    You can still use the Banking Connect Web Redirection Flow via Axis Bank Net Banking credentials. For mobile journeys, the activation of the Axis Mobile Banking app, "Open" is required.
