A feature for existing Axis Bank customers, the Group MediCare 360 plan by Tata AIG General Insurance Company Ltd. is an annual policy offering health insurance to the entire family.

In-patient Treatment

Covers in-patient hospitalization expenses up to the Sum Insured including COVID-19

Pre & Post Hospitalization

Covered up to 60 days & 90 days respectively

Organ Donor

Cover for medical and surgical expenses of the organ donor for harvesting the organ where an Insured Person is the recipient

Pay interest only on utilisation

You will be charged interest only on the actual amount utilised and for the tenure of utilization. No EMI or post-dated cheques required

Wellness Services/Program

Unlimited Tele Consultations with General Practitioner, Health Risk Assessment through TATA AIG App

Restore BenefitAutomatically restores the base Sum Insured if exhausted within the same policy year
Emergency AmbulanceCovered upto 1% of Sum Insured subject to a maximum of INR 10,000 per hospitalisation in case of emergency
Nursing AllowanceINR 100 per day for 15 days with a deductible of 2 days
AYUSHCovers on an in-patient basis hospitalisation treatments

In case of a Family Floater policy, premium will be charged based on the highest aged member.

No, OPD benefits are not covered under this plan

Yes, the policy can be renewed throughout your lifetime, subject to your being a customer with Axis bank and the Master policy being live/ active.

In case you cease to be an Axis Bank Customer, you will be given an option to migrate the policy to any of Tata AIG General Insurance Company’s available retail plan. (Subject to Underwriting)
However, in case of having availed of any other Axis Bank Product in the interim (I.e. in case your Loan is due to be paid off, but your open a new Savings Account) the policy can be continued.

No, multiple covers under Group Medicare 360 cannot be issued.

No, Group Medicare 360 does not provide for any add ons.

This policy covers the Pre/Post-Hospitalization expenses for consultations, investigation and medicines incurred up to the number of days, as specified in your Certificate of Insurance up to the sum insured.

Yes, diagnosis costs may be covered if part of hospitalization. However this may be subject to claim admissibility as per policy wordings. Click here Policy Wordings for complete details
