Now access Banking Services from the comfort of your home, using your voice! In an endeavour to help you with open access to banking, Axis Bank offers Voice Banking Services via Amazon Alexa. Enabling this on your device allows you to simply “ask” for your banking details, and the same shall be sent across to you!
Operational across the Alexa App, Amazon Echo and Amazon Echo Dot, voice banking can be used to instantly know your bank account and credit card details.
To use Alexa Voice banking simply need to “find” Axis Bank and enable the skill, either via the Alexa app or from Amazon.com.

Note: For a better customer experience, please ensure that the language for your phone as well as Alexa enabled device
(Alexa App, Amazon Echo and Amazon Echo Dot etc.) is set to English (India).
To change the language on the Alexa App go to:
Settings >> Device Settings >> Languages.
To change the language for mobile devices, you could refer to the general flow of steps below:

Yes. It is absolutely safe to link your account and bank using Axis Voice Banking.
No. Nobody will be able to open and transact from your Axis account since every transaction requires voice PIN. Do not share your voice PIN with anyone.
No. Your PIN is different from your MPIN. Your voice PIN is the 5-digit passcode that you create when you link your Axis Bank account to the Axis Bank skill. You will be prompted to provide the PIN on every transaction.

No. This services is absolutely free for all our customers.
Yes. You can unlink your account by disabling the Axis Bank skill.

If you have multiple accounts, Alexa will prompt you to choose the desired account
Select your desired account, and verify the transaction with your Voice Pin
Your account balance will be sent to your registered mobile number

After the device lists out the activities it can perform, say “What is my credit card bill” or simply say “credit card bill”
If you have multiple credit cards, Alexa will prompt you to choose a credit card
Select your desired credit card, and verify the transaction with your Voice Pin
Your credit card bill details will be sent to your registered mobile number.

Just tap into your Alexa App or log onto www.amazon.in, and enable the Axis AHA! skill. After that, simply follow a easy few steps if you are an Axis Bank customer.
Go to your Alexa App or Alexa Echo Dot or Echo Spot.

After the device lists out the activities it can perform, say “Show my transaction history” or simply say “Transaction history”.
If you have multiple accounts, Alexa will prompt you to choose the desired account.
Select the desired account, and verify the transaction with your voice pin.

After the device lists out the activities it can perform, say “I need a cheque book” or simply say “order cheque book”.
If the customer has multiple accounts Alexa will prompt you to choose the desired account.
Customer will select desired account, and customer will be asked to confirm the delivery address.
And verify the transaction with your voice pin followed by an OTP sent to his registered mobile number.
A message confirming the order for your chequebook will be sent to your registered mobile number.

Just tap into your Alexa App or log onto www.amazon.in, and enable the Axis AHA! skill. After that, simply follow a easy few steps if you are an Axis Bank customer.
Go to your Alexa App or Alexa Echo Dot or Echo Spot.
To activate Voice Banking, speak out “Alexa, open Axis Bank”.
After the device lists out the activities it can perform, say “I need to block my card” or simply say “block card”.
If you have multiple cards linked to the account, Alexa will prompt you to choose the desired card.
Customer will select desired account, and customer will be asked to confirm the delivery address.
Select the desired card, and verify the transaction with your voice pin followed by an OTP.
A message confirming your credit/debit card (mentioning its last digits) being blocked successfully, will be sent to your registered mobile number.
