He is a seasoned banking professional with more than 27 years of hands-on experience in the lending space, especially in the areas of Customer Acquisition (Corporate and Retail), Risk Management, Underwriting, Process Management, Digital Transformation & Portfolio Management.

At Axis Bank, as Business Head of SBB & CBG, he is responsible for the strategy & execution of acquiring MSME customers for lending, deposits & trade solutions. Functions like Business Development, Product Management, P&L, Strategy, Digital Initiatives, Portfolio Management are under his supervision.
