As President & Head of the Mid Corporate Group and Medium Enterprises Group, he leads the bank’s strategic efforts to expand and strengthen its presence in these key business segments of Wholesale Banking.

In his role, Prashanth has driven significant transformation initiatives within the Wholesale Banking division, leveraging his expertise to achieve impactful results and sustainable growth. His leadership is characterized by a forward-thinking approach and a commitment to foster innovation and progress.

Before joining Axis Bank, Prashanth spent two decades at HDFC Bank, wherein he held various senior leadership positions across both the Wholesale and Retail banking sectors. He has an impeccable record for driving team's performance with purpose and bringing out aspirational results.
