In his role, Prashanth has driven significant transformation initiatives within the Wholesale Banking division, leveraging his expertise to achieve impactful results and sustainable growth. Before joining Axis Bank, Prashanth spent two decades at HDFC Bank, wherein he held various senior leadership positions across both the Wholesale and Retail Banking sectors. He has an impeccable record for driving team's performance with purpose and bringing out aspirational results.
