Prasad Lad

Prasad Lad is the Executive Vice President and Head of Business Intelligence Unit at Axis Bank. He joined the bank in September 2022and leads the data analytics function, which spans data science, data engineering, business analytics, reporting analytics and data stewardship.  

Prasad has over 16 years of experience in various functions within the financial services industry. In his previous stint, he was a Partner in McKinsey & Company’s India financial services practice. During his 13 years at McKinsey, he worked with leading banks and insurance companies across India and Southeast Asia on their transformational journeys.

He is an alumnus of NITK Surathkal and IIM Calcutta.
