Reynold D’Souza

Reynold D’Souza leads the Group Head - Branch Banking , North & TASC Business at Axis Bank, driving business strategy across Retail Liabilities, Assets, Fee and the TASC (Trusts, Associations, Societies & Clubs) segment from the branch network. With over two decades of experience in banking and insurance, he brings sharp acumen and focus on digital innovation, customer-centric growth and ecosystem-based distribution.

At Axis Bank, Reynold has spearheaded initiatives that strengthened deposit mobilization, scaled up partnerships and enhanced customer acquisition through data-driven models and sector-focused outreach. He has played key leadership roles in Liability Sales, Corporate Salary, Asset Business from branches and the Third-Party Wealth Distribution Business.

Before joining Axis Bank, Reynold held leadership positions at HDFC Life and Tata AIA Life, where he built high-performing profit centers and partnership channels.

He holds a PGDBM and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Mumbai and has completed Executive Leadership Programs at INSEAD and ISB. A former national football player and adventure enthusiast, Reynold is also a passionate orator and a strong advocate of financial literacy.
