Kedar Joshi

Kedar Joshi is the Group Executive & Group Chief Audit Executive at Axis Bank. He joined the Bank in June 2025 and brings over 30 years of global experience in internal audit and assurance, with a strong focus on the financial services industry.

Prior to Axis Bank, Kedar spent 18 years with Bank of America in India and Hong Kong, where he served as APAC Head of Corporate Audit. In this role, he managed audit coverage across 12 countries for global banking and markets businesses, technology, operations, and support functions, along with offshore operations and strategic technology vendors. He served on the Corporate Audit Senior Leadership Team and the APAC Regional Executive Committee, where he led a diverse team of around 140 audit professionals across nine APAC countries. Earlier, he worked with Scotiabank in Canada and with KPMG in external audit and consulting roles in the UAE and Mumbai.

Kedar is a dual Chartered Accountant (India and Canada) and a CFA charter holder from the USA.
