Arnika Dixit

Arnika Dixit serves as the Group Head of Wealth Management & Affluent Banking, Cards & Payments Business at Axis Bank. In this role, she oversees the Bank's wealth management, affluent banking, and cards and payments verticals. Previously, she served as Head of Branch Banking, Branch Controls & ATMs for the country. She joined the Bank in 2023.

Prior to joining Axis Bank, Arnika was the Managing Director & Head of Cards, Unsecured Lending & Payments Business at Citibank India, where she also served as Group Function Head for Digital Sales, Marketing, Data & Analytics, Digital Banking, and Client Experience functions across the Consumer bank. A seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience, she has been part of the APAC/EMEA Cards, Digital, and Data leadership team and chaired the Citi India Wellness Council. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at American Express South Asia, spanning five countries across multiple lines of business—Consumer, Commercial, Network, and Merchants—and at Eli Lilly, where she managed the P&Ls of the company's leading brands.

Arnika is a Nominee Board Member at the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) and Indian Highways Management Company Limited (IHMCL). She also chairs the FICCI Financial Services Working Group Payments Task Force for the BRICS Business Council.

Arnika holds an Honours Degree in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IMT Ghaziabad. She has also completed an executive education programme at INSEAD.
