No disease based capping
- The Group Activ Health plan offers insurance cover without capping, i.e. separate limits, for individual diseases, enabling you to focus on the required treatment without worrying about cost.

- Coverage against asthma, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes.
Insurance for all
- The coverage this plan provides is ideal for a family, as it includes protection for self, spouse and two kids. (With one adult also being covered for chronic conditions)
No documentation
- As a feature for existing Axis Bank Customers this plan requires no additional documentation to be availed, simply key in the Customer ID received whilst availing your Axis Bank product and proceed.

You can apply for the policy via Axis Bank Internet Banking , Axis Mobile App or by simply using your registered mobile number.
To apply through Internet Banking:
- Login to your internet banking portal
- Click on “Apply Now”
- Select Insurance
- Click on Apply Now
- Click on the “Enroll Now” button for Group Activ Health Plan
To apply through the Axis Mobile App:
- Login using your MPIN
- Select ‘Insurance’ under ‘Apply Now’
- Click the “Enroll Now” button for Group Activ Health Plan
To apply using your Registered Mobile Number

- Enter your Registered Mobile Number and click on Submit

No, OPD benefits are not covered under this plan
This coverage cost for pre/post hospitalization expenses is up to the sum insured.
No, Type 1 Diabetes is not covered under the Group Active Health plan
Yes, diagnosis costs may be covered if part of hospitalization. However this may be subject to claim admissibility as per policy wordings. Click here for complete details
Yes, the policy can be renewed throughout your lifetime, subject to your being a customer with Axis bank and the Master policy being live/ active.
In case you cease to be an Axis Bank Customer, you will be given an option to migrate the policy to any of Aditya Birla Health Insurance’s (ABHI’s) available retail plan. (Subject to Underwriting)
E.g. Diamond, Platinum etc.
However in case of having availed of any other Axis bank Product in the interim (I.e. in case your Loan is due to be paid off, but your open a new Savings Account) the policy can be continued.
No, individual policies cannot be availed for two family members
