In case your debit card details are compromised or you suspect misuse of the same, you can immediately block your card by following any of the following steps-

• SMS ‘BLOCKCARD ’ and send it to 5676782
• Call on our Emergency Helpline Number +91-22-67987700 or our toll free number 1800-103-5577; our Customer Service Executives will assist you
• Login to your Internet Banking account and select ‘Block Card’ option in the Debit Cards section
• Login to your Axis Bank Mobile App and select ‘Block and Replace’ option in the Debit Cards section
