Axis Bank Young Bankers Program (ABYB)
The Axis Bank Young Bankers program in association with Manipal Global Education, Bengaluru & NIIT University, Neemrana Rajasthan, is an initiative to upskill young graduates to lay a foundation for a successful career in banking. On successful completion of the one-year residential program, students are awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Services along with an assured job opportunity with Axis Bank.
Bharat Banking Program
Axis Bank Bharat Banking Program in partnership with BML Munjal University is a one-year residential program specific to the Bharat Banking Department of the Bank. It is an assured job program and awards a Post Graduate Certification in Bharat Banking from BML Munjal University. Earn while you learn and become a Bharat Banker with Axis Bank!
Priority Banking Program
The Axis Bank Priority Banking Relationship Manager (PBRM) programme in association withCareer247 (an Adda247 company), is designed to transform professionals into future-ready Priority Bankers. The 1-year program is tailored to prepare participants for high-impact roles in the Axis Banks Priority Banking Division. It combines training for specialized skills, a recognized university certification and on successful completion of the program an assured job opportunity with Axis Bank as a Priority Banking Relationship Manager.
Banking Operations Program
The Operations Certification program is a one-of-a-kind, job-assured program for young, aspiring graduates who want to start a career in banking. In partnership with UNext Manipal Academy of BFSI, this program of 4-6 months aims to develop skillsets that are pre-requisites to kick-starting one’s career in the banking operations field from day one.
Sales Academy Program
The Sales Academy program, a hire-train-deploy program provides young graduates with a head-start towards a sales career with a fully funded certification in banking. The program identifies talented bankers and equips them with necessary knowledge and skills through the Learn-Earn-Grow model. The curriculum is a mix of 6-days of classroom (virtual) sessions, role plays and assessments which help them develop a comprehensive understanding of banking. On successful completion of the program & clearing an assessment, students are offered the position of Officer-Sales with Axis Bank.
Phone Banking Officers Program
SRM School of Banking and upGrad, both trusted learning partners of Axis Bank, are committed to developing future‑ready banking professionals through their specialised training programs. In collaboration with Axis Bank, SRM and upGrad offer dedicated Phone Banking Officers Program designed to equip graduates with strong communication skills, service excellence, and core banking knowledge. These comprehensive programs combine theoretical understanding with practical, real‑world exposure, enabling learners to confidently manage customer interactions and banking processes. Through this training, participants emerge as skilled and capable professionals, ready to contribute meaningfully and build successful careers within the banking industry.
Virtual Relationship Manager Program
The Career Vista and Call for Jobs are two vendors working with Axis Bank on the Virtual Relationship Manager Program. Through industry‑aligned training, the program aims to develop future‑ready banking professionals and is designed for individuals aspiring to start their careers in banking.
The program focuses on building strong foundational knowledge combined with hands‑on learning, with an emphasis on service excellence and real‑world banking scenarios. This approach helps participants develop the skills, confidence, and industry knowledge required to succeed in a professional banking environment.
The curriculum includes 45 days of structured virtual classroom sessions, role plays, and assessments, enabling learners to gain a comprehensive understanding of core banking concepts. Upon successful completion of the program and clearing the assessment, candidates are offered the position of Virtual Relationship Manager with Axis Bank.
Axis Bank CBGRM Program
The Commercial Banking Group Relationship Manager (CBGRM) Program, in collaboration with Career247 (an Adda247 company), is a 1-year learning-to-employment pathway designed to create future-ready Commercial Banking professionals.
Through advanced banking training, industry-aligned learning, and a recognized university certification, this program prepares candidates for high-impact roles.
Upon successful completion, participants receive an assured opportunity to join Axis Bank as a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager, building a strong career foundation in one of Indias leading private sector banks.
