No. ARISE Homecoming follows a skills-first hiring philosophy. Candidates from any degree, discipline, or university outside of India may apply, subject to meeting the program eligibility criteria.

Yes. All opportunities offered through ARISE Homecoming are based in Mumbai, India.
The selection process includes application screening, skills assessments, a video assessment, interviews, and final role matching based on business requirements and candidate suitability.
Yes. All stages of the hiring process are expected to be conducted virtually to enable participation from candidates located across different countries.
Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis, allowing candidates to apply throughout the year.
Onboarding may be conducted through periodic hiring cohorts aligned with business demand and recruitment cycles.
Yes. Eligible candidates who have completed their international education or overseas work experience and have already returned to India may also apply.
Yes. Final-year students and those nearing graduation may apply, subject to meeting the eligibility requirements and joining timelines.
Any travel, taxation, relocation, or other expenses associated with the candidate's transition to India will be the responsibility of the candidate and will not be covered by Axis Bank.
